Top-Up Marco Fanno & Foscolo Europe Fellowships

10 September 2025 –UniCredit Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the Top-Up Marco Fanno & Foscolo Europe Fellowships competition. This initiative aims to support European universities and departments in attracting outstanding early-career researchers by providing a salary top-up designed to enhance the competitiveness of their academic contracts.

 

Grant Details
UniCredit Foundation will award 7 Top-Up fellowships (2 Marco Fanno and 5 Foscolo Europe), granted to university departments or research institutes in Economics or Finance located in countries where the UniCredit Group operates.

  • Total value: €150,000 per fellowship, disbursed over 3 years (€50,000 per year)
  • Duration: 3 years

 

Key Dates

  • Application submission deadline: 31 October 2025
  • Announcement of winners: by 9 December 2025
